Paul Green

Director

Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the facilities management sector. In his earlier years Paul worked in restaurants and hotels before moving into the wider facilities management sector, working in operations and business development. Before setting up his own consultancy Paul gained experience as a Non-Executive Director on two NHS LIFT Company Boards and Executive Committee membership of a large UK FM Company responsible for the bidding, business development and sales functions across UK, Eire, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Outside of work Paul enjoys travelling, food, wine tasting and CrossFit.

Claire Edwards

Director

With over 20 years’ experience in the catering, cleaning and facilities management industry, Claire’s strong operational and bidding skills are a real asset to our business and our clients. Claire’s areas of expertise include solution design, operational management and change management.

A highly experienced consultant, Claire was a graduate from Birmingham College of Food in 1992, gaining an HND in Catering & Hotelkeeping and has since worked closely with the British Institute of Cleaning Science.

In her spare time, Claire enjoys spending time with her dog Charlie, frequently puts her knowledge of 80s music to good use by competing in local pub quizzes with her friends and is always planning her next holiday in between baking and shopping.

We have over 50 years’ experience in the facilities management and support services sector

Between us we have worked for FTSE100 companies, small consultancy firms, and everything in between.

We are totally independent, all projects are personally headed up by one, or both of us; we will provide you with a high level of expertise and reliability. You will have direct access to us and we will personally ensure we meet your requirements through the provision and deployment of appropriate resource and expertise to meet/fulfil your requirements.

We are based across Central England with a network of associate throughout the UK, we are very happy to travel anywhere across the UK and Europe.

We aspire to be an extension to your own team providing affordable support for a wide range of services including:

  • Facilities Management and support services (including catering, cleaning, energy and utilities, building maintenance and lifecycle)
  • Design and equipment services from the refurbishment of a kitchen and servery to the complete installation of a new facility
  • Non-core services such as HR and payroll
  • Procurement and benchmarking of services
  • Audit & Compliance from a one-off review to on-going management of your service provider
